Hot Properties stars all American super-jock Marc Williams in his first starring role as a sex crazed real estate agent who has a lot more to show than houses. His perfectly muscled body shimmers throughout the film as he dominates the action from start to finish. This is a plot heavy film that recalls to mind the film making excellence of last year's A Porn Star Is Born.
